1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Auva ("the platform") at auvatunisie.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. The platform is operated by Mehdi Chamsi. Contact: hello@auvatunisie.com.

2. What Auva provides

Auva is an AI-powered travel platform that generates personalised itineraries and connects tourists with local experience providers in Tunisia. AI-generated itineraries are suggestions only — they are not professional travel advice. You are responsible for verifying the suitability, safety, and availability of any activity or provider before booking.

3. User accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

4. Provider accounts

If you register as a local guide or experience provider, you confirm that:

• The information you submit (bio, services, pricing, photos) is accurate and your own.
• You hold any required permits or licences for the services you offer.
• You will respond to tourist inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Auva reserves the right to suspend or remove provider listings that violate these terms or receive sustained negative feedback.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the platform without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

6. AI-generated content

Itineraries, recommendations, and responses generated by Auva's AI are produced automatically. They may contain errors, outdated information, or suggestions that are not suitable for your specific circumstances. Always verify critical details (opening hours, prices, safety conditions) independently before acting on AI-generated recommendations.

7. Intellectual property

The Auva name, logo, and platform design are the property of Mehdi Chamsi. The curated experience descriptions and editorial content on the platform are original works. You may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without written permission.

Content you submit (reviews, provider descriptions, photos) remains yours. By submitting, you grant Auva a non-exclusive licence to display and use it within the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

Auva is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated itineraries, the availability of listed providers, or the safety of any activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auva is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or from interactions with local providers found through the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@auvatunisie.com.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tunis, Tunisia.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
